Return And Exchange Policy For MeghaStyle.com

Thank you for shopping at MeghaStyle.com. By making a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
1. Sale and Discounted Items:
All sale, discounted, and purchases made with a coupon or gift voucher are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Please carefully review the size chart for sale products.
2. Damaged or Wrong Products:
In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please send it back to us with your order number. After verification, we will dispatch a fresh piece to you.
3. Made-to-Order Items:
Certain items marked as “Made to Order” are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly stated on the product page. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

MeghaStyle.com does not provide refunds. Exchanges for replacement in a bigger or smaller size are available, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

To request a size exchange for non-sale items, contact us at info@tipohs.com within 2 working days (48 hours) of delivery. We offer a pickup facility, and once the parcel is received at our store, we will dispatch the exchange product after a quality check.

A. Exchange can be done within 3-5 days from the date of delivery.
B. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, in original packaging.
C. Size exchange is allowed once per order.
D. Store credit will be issued for the exchanged product minus shipping/COD costs, valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.

MeghaStyle.com ships to US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Afghanistan, and South Africa.
15. Shipping Costs and Duties:
International orders under INR 60,000 are charged INR 1500 per kg, and orders above INR 60,000 are shipped free. Customs duties and taxes apply based on your country’s regulations.
16. International Order Policies:
